I went to services last evening with friends and watched online this morning with my husband.  I enjoyed the messaged of training.  I've said many times at my old church, I know what the Bible says, but you didn't tell me how to live it out.  This weekend I got exactly that.  I know what the Bible says, i can even quote it most days, but this weekend I got practicle help in transforming my life.  Today, I will begin to spend time in the Word and time with God.  I will not wait utill 1/1/09.  Today I will begin the list of the good things about me, to assist me with a better self esteem.  Today I will spend time with my CR friends and leaders to begin living the way they do.  I am so thankful that God gives us new beginnings each day.  Yesterday is gone, I can learn from my mistakes.  Tomorrow isn't here yet, so I won't worry so much and today, I can change my life.  Today, I will open my Bible with a devotional and read as soon as I sign off here.  I pray that God continues to remind me daily of His love for me and His wanting to spend time with me.  That's amazing...God wants to spend time with me.  He wants to talk with me and He loves me.
